It’s hard to be the only one in a room of people and not feel like you’re stuck. The lack of confidence, professional goals, and stuck feeling is overwhelming. You might even consider giving up on your dream because it seems impossible or too difficult. It is important to tune out the raucous noise and get unstuck by avoiding these four traps that will derail you from your goals: 1) Comparing ourselves to others; 2) Neglecting our health 3) Relying on willpower alone, and 4) Believing we are victims of circumstance.
